Done!

The only vector here is the lineart, the rest was done by sets of brushes via selection tools. The original lineart was blurred when I resized that's why I had to convert it in Illustrator; the results were clean, but it sacrificed some details. Applying colors has became easier and faster, then the details, etc. And here is the result, hope you like it
